It started off as a simple request from Natalie at Miss N & Co., a “Safari Luxe” theme with a Monochrome colour palette – Black, White, Green with a hint of gold.
I had just returned from Japan, bursting with inspiration. So I cleared the desk, whipped out my painting supplies and started work. I created patterns, textures & shapes.
With all the art I had created, the invite design fell into place. A fun safari animal design on the front, with a hint of Zebra pattern and hand painted gold accents. The design on the back was a wonderful mix of shape and colour with another hand painted gold accent.
As soon as the invite was done we were straight onto the party stationery. While working through the designs I received an email that spiced things up: “Was wondering if you have ever worked on a Room Divider? There is an area at the venue that I would like to block off. Would need to be approx 4m wide by about 2 m high? Let me know your thoughts :)”
The team behind this setup are: Custom invitation & on the day stationery: adehlpi mou | Event planning and coordination: Miss N & Co. | On the day photography: Jeremy Blode the Photographer | Florals: Flower Jar | Balloons: Belle Balloons | Venue: Craft & Co
A huge thank you to Jeremy Blode the Photographer for all the on the day photography.
